The universal scan rebuilds its cache every 10 minutes. If you land during a refresh, give it 60–90 seconds and the data will populate. If no setups appear after a successful refresh, it means no tickers cleared the strict liquidity + Q + flow agreement gate this cycle — that's normal during quiet market periods.
